No payment on delivery for US destinations. Canadian destinations upgrading shipping to UPS Worldwide Expedited SM OR UPS Worldwide Saver SM will note UPS will cover their in house brokerage fees and there will be no payment on delivery; whereas when you choose UPS Standard to Canada you will be responsible for brokerage fees, excise taxes, and sales tax upon delivery.
