Orders will ship from Indianapolis, IN by UPS to US or Canadian destinations only, usually within 5 business days unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are always welcome, please advise the items of interest and ship to address.

DISCOUNTS: Place a Cathy's Concepts order online to receive 10% discount on the items by Cathy's Concepts.

PREMIUM CUSTOMER:

Place a Cathy's Concepts online order of $100 or more to receive an additional 5% discount. You will notice at check out after all special offers have been applied an additional discount of 5% will be listed on the Cathy's Concepts' products when your total of Cathy's Concepts products after specials is $100 or more.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Cathy's Concepts only drop ships to Canadian and US destinations. There is no payment on delivery for US destination orders. Canadian destination orders are shipped by UPS with the customer responsible for brokerage fees, and applicable taxes including excise taxes (duty if any) at time of delivery.

UPS FREE SHIPPING:

CONTINENTAL US DESTINATIONS: When the items in your shopping cart from Cathy's Concepts total $250 or more with a continental US destination and your order is placed online, your order will be shipped UPS ground and Nuptial Celebrations will pay the shipping fees. However, if you require to upgrade your shipping method it is necessary to phone your order in and this offer is void, and you will be responsible for the complete cost of the shipping fees.

CANADIAN DESTINATIONS: When the items in your shopping cart from Cathy's Concepts total $550 or more with a Canadian destination and your order is placed online, your order will be shipped UPS ground and Nuptial Celebrations will pay the shipping fees. However, if you require to upgrade your shipping method it is necessary to phone your order in and this offer is void, and you will be responsible for the complete cost of the shipping fees. You will be responsible for the brokerage fees, excise tax and applicable sales tax upon delivery.
