What is the Expected Delivery Time?
Each product online lists an expected shipping time which is for continental US destination orders. When you list the event date, and we cannot deliver in time based on the shipping method chosen we will contact you with the option of canceling your order or upgrading the shipping. In this instance there is no fee for cancellation of the order, as long as you notify us prior to our placing the order with the vendor.
Why is an expected date given on items with Quantity in Stock listed?
It is recommended to pre-order back order items. When items go on back order due to popularity, it is not uncommon when the inventory arrives it sells out within 24 – 72 hours. Therefore it is recommended to pre-order. Our software will only allow us to receive orders when there is a positive number in quantity available.
Do you provide samples?
We do not have a physical presence in the United States and all orders are drop shipped directly from our Vendors warehouse; therefore the only samples which are available on this website are items orders by the minimum quantity. We are agreeable to offer you a $20 shipping credit towards your next order when a full case order is placed of the sample previously ordered. To be eligible for this shipping credit in the comment section at check out note that your order is a sample, and we will provide instructions on how to redeem the $20 shipping credit.
Do you guarantee the lowest price or match other web sites prices?
Unfortunately, not all web sites are active, or updated regularly with prices outdated in terms of shipping, vendor's pricing, and import costs, and therefore quite often the price shown on some websites have been known to be below cost. Although our mission is to assist couples to have their dream wedding within their designated budget, as a profit making company we are required to cover our costs and make some profit. We do offer special offers and coupons to reduce our prices to assist couples, with free shipping options available.
How do I get free shipping?
Depending on the vendor and the products - see our shipping policy - your shipping charges may be waived when your cart equals $150 or more from one vendor and only for the charges by that vendor to a continental US destination.
Do you have a store or are you just an online boutique? We are mainly an online boutique as we carry limited inventory. Nuptial Celebrations is a home based operation with the local bylaws preventing the operation of a retail store, but do operate a small studio. We do have wedding albums and catalgoues in addition to some samples for display purposes.
Items that are physically at our studio are marked online as either Studio Inventory or Inventory Clearance, but do not appear on our website Nuptial Celebrations Online Bridal Boutique and only appear on our website Nuptial Celebrations, shipping from our studio. When items are sold out, discontinued, or on back-order, you may wish to check our alternative website, to ascertain if we have the product in stock - look in the Studio Inventory Catalgoues.
I am reluctant to provide my credit card information online but want to ensure accuracy on my personalized items. What do you recommend?
At check out as your method of payment you can choose to pay by PayPal, or choose personal cheque.
When choosing PayPal you will receive an invoice via PayPal for the amount of your order. Once PayPal advises the funds have been deposited we will process your order. Please note we are obligated to ship to the shipping address provided to PayPal.
When choosing personal cheque please mail your personalized cheque directly to Nuptial Celebrations at 37 Dundonald St. Catharines, Ontario L2P 3T4 for the total amount of the order, payable in US funds. Once we have received your cheque and it has cleared our account we will process your order. We do not accept US money orders.
I received my order today and 2 of the favours were damaged and now I am short, what do I do? It is important you examine your order once you receive your order upon receipt and compare it to your initial invoice. After placing an order you will be given an email and phone number to use in the event there is anything not to your satisfaction. You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order advising of the details and your preference of the handling of the matter. We will attempt to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Lillian Rose doesn't drop ship to Canada and I want to order these products - what are my options?
Lillian Rose does not drop outside of the United States, and some other suppliers only drop ship to Canada and the United States. You may visit our website Nuptial Celebrations and shop in CAD, or choose Nuptial Celebrations International Shipping or choose iShopUSA for your international shipping method.
What is iShopUSA?
As international customers have observed the US offers many products wanted internationally, however not all sites will ship internationally. iShopUSA is a good alternative when ordering items from more than one site and wanting your goods shipped internationally. You can pay in your own currency, and you can choose to pre-pay customs, and brokerage fees, etc. with no payment on delivery.
