Return Policy

Invitation orders are final once placed. If our printer or Nuptial Celebrations makes an error we will correct the error – we will make your order right, we will replace any omitted stationery, or stationery printed incorrectly. It is not our policy to refund but to replace when there has been an error. It is not our responsibility that there is a time limitation when you leave it to the last minute to order your invitations. We strongly recommend ordering your invitatons 6 – 8 months prior to the wedding, to allow for corrections, and time for addressing your invites.

Personalized items that are damaged or defective may be returned for replacement within 10 days of receiving the product. Personalized items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Shipping & handling fees for product return are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and properly packaged for shipping. For your own protection, please use a shipping service that allows items to be tracked. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number, so please contact us prior to initiating any return.

You may return new, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will refund the cost of the product (less the shipping). If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of the original shipping amount we incurred will be deducted from the product cost. Once we provide you the return authorization and instructions, your returned products must be received back within 15 days. It will take accounting department 5 business days before they refund your credit card. Only the original credit card number used for the order may be refunded. If that number is no longer available or expired, we will contact you with other options.

Exchanges or Damaged We pack each item with care. Sometimes damages can happen during transport. You may receive a credit for the damaged items. All damages or short claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your shipment. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS. To arrange an exchange of the same merchandise OR different merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately 1-905-684-0537. We will gladly give you return authorization and detailed instructions for the exchange. NO EXCHANGE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS.

Errors if we make an error with your order, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product billed at the correct product price and shipping if applicable. The original shipment error will be refunded 100% including cost of shipping if you paid any, when the products are returned to us. Nuptial Celebrations will not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of our error or as a result of shipping delays due to courier or Customs delays. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product you purchased, not including shipping costs. We reserve the right to request the product to be returned to us for inspection or correction.

If you make an error when you place your order online, please email us IMMEDIATELY to make the correction. Once orders are processed and shipped, by our supplier there are charges which will be passed onto you, such as 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.

Personalization: Following directions for personalizing specific products, requesting the correct spelling, correct dates and making certain the requested personalization is error-free in its entirety is the responsibility of the customer. Items that are personalized incorrectly due to an error in the request are not considered defective and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check the accuracy of all personalization requests before completing your purchase.

Pricing and Product Stock - Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information. However, due to the nature of our business, we must reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors or omissions throughout this website. This includes pricing, shipping, and product description information, changing market conditions, product discontinuance or typographical or photographic errors. The website inventory is updated daily; however, it is possible that items may be in stock when your order is placed, but out of stock when the order is packaged to send. The quantity you order may not be available; you will be notified in such cases. Prices and items are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations:

There is no charge to cancel an order made in error when we have received notification prior to processing of your order. We do not process your order if we cannot meet your time lines, therefore it is essential to be notified of your event date at the time of the order, allowing us to access our ability to deliver your order in time for your event by the shipping method chosen.

There is no charge to cancel your order when we have processed your order and it goes on back order while in the process stage, we will contact you advising of the status requesting instructions, providing you the opportunity to await for the item to be restocked, cancel or substitute. If you cancel at the time of our contact there is no charge to cancel. If you decide to cancel at the time we are ready to ship there will be a 5% handling fee, and a 15% restocking fee – if we have not received notification prior to taking delivery from our vendor.

Customers cancelling orders after the order has been processed will be charged a 5% handling fee, plus when the order has reached the warehouse and been pulled for packing, and/or packed there will be an additional 15% restocking fee.

Customers cancelling after the order ships will be responsible for returning the item, cost of return shipment, initial shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of the original shipping amount we incurred will be deducted from the product cost.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipping will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Nuptial Celebrations error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of the original shipping amount we incurred will be deducted from the product cost.

All sales are final on sale items, invitations, customs orders and personalized items.
