Items are drop shipped by our vendors with shipping charges based on weight and destination.
N.B. Shipping charges are calculated for each vendor. If your shipping charges seem high on a small order it is because we are charged a minimum shipping charge by each vendor, and on small orders we can't absorb as much of the shipping fee as we can on a larger orders as there is not as much commission to play with to offset your shipping charges.
International Orders:
Orders are drop shipped from our US vendors on this website, however, some vendors do not drop ship outside of United States. In those situations you are advised to ship via a third party shipper such as Bongo International - visit their website = http://www.bongous.com/ OR I Shop USA - visit their website - http://www.ishopusa.com for full details. Both companies ship internationally and do charge a fee for their services. You will be responsible for any fees charged by the chosen shipper - plus any charges to ship to your destination, and charges by your country for import such as brokerage fees, excise taxes, duty and any applicable sales tax.
Alternatively, you can purchase the same products on our Canadian website - where products include Canadian import costs. We will ship International shipments outside of Canada with customers being responsible for charges upon delivery charged such as brokerage fees, excise taxes, duty and any applicable sales tax. Canadian Orders:
Canadian Customers have a few options depending on the vendor.
Hortense B. Hewitt does not ship to Canada as there is a Canadian distributor - therefore these products should be purchased from our Canadian website - prices are comparable due to exchange rate, and the distributor imports the products in bulk minimizing import costs.
Lillian Rose does not drop ship to Canada at this time - - therefore these products should be purchased from our Canadian website, where prices include Canadian import costs.
Carlson Craft, Cathy's Concepts, Cassiani Collection Favors, Marilena Imports, Event Blossom, and Wedding Belle Favors all ship to Canada via UPS. Shipping fees are based on weight. You will be responsible for brokerage fees, customs, excise tax, duty, and any applicable sales tax payable upon delivery.
Kate Aspen & Baby Aspen
Canadian orders - add Pre-Pay Customs (found in each sub-catalog of Kate Aspen and Baby Aspen) to the UPS ground - if you want your order to ship with the Canadian bulk shipment - the shipping cost is based on the weight. Presently the cost of Pre-Pay customs is $20.95 and is subject to change. There is no tax payable as your order is shipping from Duluth, GA and you have pre-paid customs. Canadian orders may pre-pay customs with no payment on delivery when choosing to ship with the Canadian bulk shipment once a week, on a day specified by Kate Aspen - please allow up to 10 business days from date of shipment for delivery. Presently the day specified by Kate Aspen is Wednesday, but this is subject to change.
Canadian orders choosing UPS - the shipping cost is based on weight and does not include pre-payment of customs. You will be responsible for brokerage fees, customs, excise taxes and any applicable sales tax upon delivery. When choosing this method of shipping your order will ship within 1 - 3 business days, and depending upon your destination within Canada you will receive your order within 3 - 7 business days from the time it ships.
WMI Designs,
Canadian orders are shipped by FedEx with applicable sales tax due upon delivery. The shipping charges quoted by FedEx include brokerage fees. WMI Designs shipping fees are flat fee based on value of WMI Design products in your cart - ranging from a low of $36 up to $75.00.
Unclaimed and Refused Shipments
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipping will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Nuptial Celebrations error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Nuptial Celebrations will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure we have your correct address. When paying by PayPal we ship to the address authorized by PayPal - therefore ensure they have your updated address. Phone, email and fax orders and orders paid by credit card are processed and a copy of the invoice is sent by email with the billing and ship to address. If there is an error in the address, You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in returning of the package, plus a 20% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping will be forfeited. The customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee.
